Terms of Service

These terms apply when you play Skyscraper Fall ("the game"), developed by May in Singapore ("we", "us"). By playing the game or using its shop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Who can play

Anyone can play the game. To buy items in the shop you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and you must be allowed to use cryptocurrency where you live.

2. Your wallet

• Connecting a Solana wallet is optional. It lets the game save your results, show you on the leaderboard and use the shop.
• Your wallet app (for example Phantom, Solflare or Jupiter) is a third-party service with its own terms. We are not responsible for it.
• You are responsible for keeping your wallet, private key and recovery phrase safe. We will never ask for them. If someone else gains access to your wallet, we cannot reverse what they do.

3. Shop and payments

• Items (Watch, Helmet and Warp 500) are priced in SOL and paid directly from your wallet to the game's wallet on the Solana blockchain. You approve each payment in your wallet app before it is sent.
• Network fees are set by the Solana network and paid by you.
• Items are added to your account once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. This can take a short time. If your items do not appear, contact us with the transaction signature.
• All payments are final. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and we do not give refunds, except where Singapore law requires it or where we made an error, for example if you paid but never received your items.
• Prices are shown in the game before you buy and may change. The value of SOL can go up or down; we are not responsible for changes in its value.

4. Game items

• Items you buy or earn are a licence to use them inside the game. You do not own them as property, and they have no cash value.
• Items cannot be sold, transferred to another wallet, or exchanged for money or crypto through us.
• Equipment (such as Chain Armour and Vampire Fangs) is bought once and stays with the wallet that bought it. It is always equipped and applies to every run in every mode.
• Before a Boss run you choose which items to use. The run uses up one of each chosen item when it starts, even if you quit the run early. Items you don't choose are kept.
• Badges are earned by completing a stage 1, 10, 20 and 50 times (for Boss, a full escape 1, 3, 8 and 20 times). Each earned badge can be claimed once for its listed Boss items. Badges and their items are counted by our servers; runs we believe were faked do not count.
• We may change how items work to keep the game balanced. If we ever close the game or the shop, unused items will end. Where reasonable, we will give notice in the game first.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, including faking run times, floors or payments;
• use bots, modified clients or exploits to gain an advantage;
• attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the game or its servers;
• use the game for anything illegal.

We may remove results, reset items or block a wallet from saving results or using the shop if we believe these terms were broken.

6. Leaderboard

Top 3 leaderboard entries show a shortened form of your wallet address with your result. We may remove entries that look invalid. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.

7. Availability

We work to keep the game running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may change, pause or stop the game, or any part of it, at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your wallet, the Solana network, third-party services, or events outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the shop in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we will give notice in the game or on this site. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore.
