Privacy Policy

Skyscraper Fall ("the game", "we", "us") is developed by May, based in Singapore. This policy explains what data the game collects, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

In short: you can play without connecting a wallet, and then we collect nothing. If you connect a Solana wallet, we store your public wallet address together with your game results, Boss items and shop purchases. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or your wallet's private key or recovery phrase.

1. What we collect

Only when you connect a Solana wallet:

Your public wallet address. This identifies your account in the game.
A signed login message. Your wallet signs a short message so we can confirm you own the address. We check the signature and then issue a session, which lasts up to 30 days. Only a scrambled (hashed) copy of the session token is stored on our servers.
Game results: your best time for each mode and, for Boss mode, the highest floor you reached.
Boss items: how many Watches, Helmets and Warps you hold, and when you last used them.
Shop purchases: the Solana transaction signature, the item, quantity and amount paid. We use this to confirm your payment and to stop the same payment being counted twice.

On your device, the game saves your wallet address and session so you stay signed in. It also keeps a record of payments that are still waiting to be confirmed. Disconnecting your wallet in the game clears the wallet address and session from your device.

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not collect your location or contacts.

2. Why we use it

To sign you in and keep your progress across sessions.
To save your best results and show the leaderboard and badges.
To verify shop payments on the Solana blockchain and give you the items you bought.
To prevent cheating and abuse, such as impossible run times or reusing a payment.

3. What other players can see

The Top 3 leaderboard is public. If you are in the top three of a mode, other players can see a shortened form of your wallet address (for example "8ynj…uPMX") with that result. Your other results, ranks and badges are only shown to you in the game. Game results stored on our servers, including how many times you completed each stage, can still be read publicly, because the leaderboard needs them. Please do not connect a wallet if you do not want your address linked to your game results.

Note that anything on the Solana blockchain, including your wallet address and any payments you make, is public and permanent by design. That is outside our control.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use these service providers to run the game:

Supabase: stores game data and runs our server functions.
Netlify: hosts this website.
Solana network providers: used to look up and confirm transactions.
Your wallet app (for example Phantom, Solflare or Jupiter): handles signing and payments under its own privacy policy.

These providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data if required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your game data for as long as it is needed for the game, or until you ask us to delete it. Login sessions expire after 30 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. Security

Game data can only be changed by our server functions after checking your signed session. We never receive your private key or recovery phrase. Never share these with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Skyscraper Fall.

7. Your choices and rights

Under the PDPA you may:

ask to access the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct it;
withdraw consent and ask us to delete your game data.

To make a request, email liuyixuanmay@gmail.com with your wallet address. We may ask you to sign a message with that wallet to prove it is yours. If we delete your data, your results, badges and unused Boss items are removed and cannot be restored. We cannot remove anything already recorded on the Solana blockchain.

8. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. The shop involves cryptocurrency payments and is only for players who are 18 or older, or who have a parent's or guardian's permission. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game changes. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for important changes we will give notice in the game or on this site.
